Save the Date for This Year's CPA Day of Service—September 20, 2013

Almost three years ago, the idea for a CPA Day of Service in North Carolina was born. As staff and volunteer leaders planned for the inaugural event in 2012, the excitement began to build. We knew this event had the potential to be big, but we were all completely overwhelmed as registrations ticked upwards of 2,000 volunteers. As we look ahead to this year's CPA Day of Service, we'd love nothing more than to beat last year's totals!

We need you to get involved, and here's how to do it. The first step is to save the date—mark your calendars; tell your friends; and think about your charity. Registration for this year’s event opens soon, and we encourage you to visit www.ncacpa.org/Service for more information. Also, take a moment to check out the CPA Day of Service video to learn more about the event and the reasons to get involved.

PLAN AHEAD

With hurricane season upon us, it’s important to plan for the possibility of disaster and not wait until it happens.
