Per the guidance of IRS Publication 509, Friday, July 3rd has been classified as a "Federal Legal Holiday". Because of this announcement, per IRS Publication 509, the Due Date for Deposit of Taxes for 2009 under the Semiweekly Rule, for the Second Quarter, payroll dates June 27-30, is now July 6th.
